N.B. Nell'illustrazione che segue è possibile vedere che l'aggiunta di un bordo all'esterno di un'immagine modifica l'aspect ratio (AR) dell'immagine “complessiva” con Linea/Bordo e con lo sfondo che appare ai lati. È possibile affrontare questo cambiamento dell'AR apportando delle regolazioni nella scheda Dimensioni quadro – ritagliando una quantità uguale alla larghezza della linea/bordo in alto, in basso e ai lati per ripristinare l'originale AR.
The Canvas adjustments can be used to modify the portion of an image seen on screen by subtracting pixels from the Top, Bottom and both Sides of the Image. Press Size in “Size/Position in Pixels of Parent” to see the new size of the image after modifying the canvas.
By using multiple versions of the same image and making adjustments in the Canvas Control of each, it is possible to split an image into x parts and re-assemble them for the purposes of Animation in, for instance, Styles and Custom Transitions. The example below shows how the same image can be split into two horizontal portions and re-assembled so that the “joint” is not seen.
The example above could form the basis of a “Book” transition with the right side turning like the page of a book.

It is important to note that after any adjustment of the SCALE parameter, the Size button in “Size/Position in Pixels….” should be pressed to maintain the true size of the resulting image.
In the above example the Sliders were used to obtain the required crop. The adjustments to the Scale control and consequent pressing of the Size button results in a crop which is centrally placed on the O&A Screen.
The Animation Tab can be used to control the Speed of an Animated Object (e.g. GIF) in a slide.
